I love this deodorant and the company ethos, the only thing that has sometimes been frustrating is difficulty in pushing it up. Five or six seconds in the microwave helps to get things moving but once it cools again the problem remains. This is the third time ordering, have only had trouble with the second one I received so hopefully a one off.

Loved how the product neutralised my body odour - best I have tried to date. I do struggle the container to push out the deoderant. I keep scraping my skin with the surrounds of the container despite pushing hard and then holding it against my armpit as instructed.

This deodorant works really well but the composition is very hard. It works very well and lasts all day. It doesnāt irritate my sensitive underarms like others do. Itās too firm and I canāt push it up because it hurts my arthritic thumbs and pulls my skin to roll it on.
I wonāt buy it again until the compound is softer.

Very happy with this deodorant. I donāt have any stains on my clothes and no odour, which is amazing. I also love the wooden holders. I do find it difficult to push more out though, but I have a work-around for that.

Love the deodorants fresh aroma. Love the unique, handmade qualities of the product. Application helps a lot when you take the time to warm the tip of the product under your armpit before smoothing all over. Personally I need to reapply mid-day, daily. I have great difficulty moving the base up as I use the product. Have had to use a lot of force and this has chipped the timber cyclinder, unfortunately I may not be able to refill and reuse when the time comes.

Absolutely love the product! However unlike previous purchase i could not push the deodorant up in the wooden tube. Worked well with last one. I have to put a little metal disc in the end then a screwdriver and hammer it hard to get it to move down the tube. Any hints on this? Should I microwave it? How long before it all melts out?

However it is hard to push up unless heated a bit and the thread on the cap can be reluctant, which is just an annoyance. You mentioned they can be refilled. We live in Brisbane so would I have to send you the empty tube?

I actually really like this deodorant but I donāt like the wooden container. I can appreciate that itās a more natural product, itās just not easy to push the deodorant up! Also bits of wood fragments come off and get stuck on the deodorant.

I absolutely adore the deodorant. It works incredibly well, exceeding my expectations. My only difficulty has been getting it out of the container. Myself and my partner have tried everything to push the end up but it won't budge. I've given up and now I just use a fingers to dig it out and spread it on my arm pit.
I respect that finding a plastic free option for a "roll on" deodorant is tricky. It's not quite there and needs a tweak. All in all, brilliant deodorant x

I am very sorry to say that I likely won't be purchasing this again or recommending it. This product has a great smell for its purpose and a good skin feel. It doesn't help for long in terms of odour (I have a very busy job) and would need to reapply often. I think the worst part of the product is that I can't get it out of its container. It gets stuck and I just can't get it out - the bottom bit that you're supposed to push actually flipped from trying so hard and now it's open to the bottom of the product. Don't think it was worth the money unfortunately.

I like the idea of the deodorant but it doesnāt work as a stick. I had to use a chopstick to get into it and so used it for a while but now that mound has worn down . I canāt push it up from the bottom, itās like its stuck.

I am very disappointed with the way the case has been made, I am Unable to get the product out of the case, it is literally stuck in the wood casing and won't move.
Thae product itself smells beautiful and if I want to use it, I have to scrap it out then apply it under my arms like a cream. A bit of hard work for a deodorant that costs so much.
